Superhost status lost because of an IT error

I recently lost my Superhost status because of a clear IT error. I got an email on 10/9 saying I lost Superhost status and try again next time. I've been a superhost consistently for over a year (almost 2!) so I logged in immediately and saw that I met all the criteria for Superhost. I also saw a notification saying my account was in a 'review period until 10/15'. So I waited until 10/16 for Airbnb to correct the error. I called on 10/16 and spoke to someone who realized there was an error also. She said she would talk to her superiors and call me back. 10/17 and no call back. So I call today and someone else says there is no dispute process for losing Superhost status! What?? So at no fault to me, I lost my status (which, as you can tell, is important to me) and now I can't talk to anyone about it?

Does anyone have any suggestions at all??

@Carletta0 try calling again, or try Twitter. I don't now what else you could do if you say all of the criteria was met.

@Carletta0  Call AirBnB and ask for an investigation into this issue and request that they escalate it. You will probably have to call more than once or twice.

@Letti0 and @Ana1136 They say that my status dropped to 4.7 on 10/1 when they reviewed it. But they sent me an email a week later on 10/9 saying I lost status. As soon as I logged in, I saw all criteria was met and that my most recent review was actually on 10/1 (5 stars). The only thing I can think of is that they looked at my profile before the 10/1 review was posted? But on the same hand, what's the 2 week review period for?? I have no doubt I'll regain my superhost status in January, but it's frustrating because of lack of support and no escalation path. I've called 3x already plus sent a message online. Same answers each time: wait until January. So frustrating!

@Carletta0 well in that case it is not an error. They take into concideration your performance up until 10/1. If you had 4.7 then you really don't meet the criteria for becoming a Superhost. The next evaluation takes into consideration your perforamnce from 10/1 until 01/01, the assesment is for every three months period. There is nothing wrong with the system, you just had lower rating, that is why you lost it.
