Last Friday I had a guest check in 10 hours past the check in time. He booked one guest however brought another or more guests to party starting at 2:30 am. I was awakened by a call from the neighbors that said there was loud music coming from my listing and that it woke them up. I went over and found that to be the case. I could not reach Air b n b nor the guest and knocking loudly on the door got me no where.
I had to walk in. I have a note that the stereo is not to be used at all. I also disconnected it from the back so as no one could use it.
The guest then falsely reported me for having surveillance cameras and recording devices.
Air b n b blocked me any business without telling me. I finally figured it out as I have 2 booking requests per day. Suddenly nothing for 4 days.
I was told by trust and safetly that I had to provide pictures of what the guest was talking about. I finally figured out that the guest was probably stoned and drunk and misstook the motion sensor lights in the path way for a video camera.
I did get it straightened out by Trust and Saftely. I am now requesting the money they took from me due to them taking it away when this whole thing surfaced. I was cleared of this false accuasion however has caused me some enormous concern that Air b n b would shut me down. I am sure it has effected me internally with Air b n b some how.
Anyone have some suggestions on what to do? I did leave the guest an equally bad review as he did for me. Lying is not fair play anywhere in life. I still have a very bad taste in my mouth over this crazy situation.
