@Melissa444 Airbnb will not help you with that. You seem to have an active listing and your account does not appear to be suspended at this point, but it very well may be if you violate TOS by attempting to transfer Airbnb bookings off-platform.
The way hosts can protect themselves from the effects of an unexpected/arbitrary listing suspension is to regularly download their reservations in CSV format, so they have guest contact information in that event.
@Melissa444 If Airbnb has cancelled your upcoming bookings, the guests will have already been informed and issued refunds. If you have their personal contact details, you could hypothetically direct them to your VRBO listing to re-book, but it's completely at their discretion whether they do so. And imagine yourself in their position: if Airbnb canceled your booking as a guest and told you that the host's account was suspended, would you feel comfortable making a new booking with them on another website? I sure wouldn't.
