System glitch!? Can't review my guest

Are any pther hosts noticing glitches with the review process? We have gone from almost always receiving reviews to them becoming very hot and miss, even though the face-to-face feedback and rapport has been excellent. Then today we have received a message from a recent guest saying he's unable to post a review. It's more than 48 hours since he left us but we haven't recieved our invitation to write a review for him.

Any similar expeiences and/or fixes?

@Diane-and-Nobby0 Many hosts are experiencing the same problem. I believe it is an Airbnb problem.  You can contact them, as I did, to send out another review reminder, but in my case that didn't work either.  No way to tell whether those 2 sets of guests just didn't want to leave or review or didn't get the email reminder.  Here's how to contact Airbnb:

Thanks Clare, make us feel a bit better that it is a glitch and not that our guests have suddenly decided not to leave reviews. I'll try to contact Air BnB for helpo using the tips in your link. Thanks again for your help.

This just happened to me too. My guest wrote me a lovely reivew on my private email account because she was unable to get into the AirBnb system to write her reivew. AIR BNB please fix!

Thanks, Clare! We are new hosts. Now we know we can call AIRBNB to resolve problems like this one. They are resending the review requests just as you said. YAY! Beth

The app has a glitches and my review for a previous guest wasn't correct on the last day I could post. I talked to superhost support, they wont acknowledge it and talked down to me/read policy off a piece of paper/screen. I felt like I was talking to an injust judge. 

Does this how Airbnb wants to treat their hosts?
