You would think there would be a sensible system in place to help guests who are tax-exempt make reservations on AirBnb. I've been on the phone with Support several times over the last 24 hours and each time they say a case manager will call me but I have yet to receive a call or email from anyone who can help with tax exemption reservations (the Support people I've spoken with have been very polite). This is beyond frustrating and disappointing because hotels have no problem doing this and at this rate I won't be able to book with AirBnb for any of my grad school travels over the next few years.
