Taxe de Sejour in France for Summer 2018-how does Airbnb collect it for me?

Bonjour Everyone, new host in the South of France for summer 2018. I registered with the Marie and have rec'd documents from the Tax office explaining how this region calculates its tourist tax. In region 11 they are now charging max occupancy for 4 mths June-Sept  less 50% regardless of how many nights you have booked so it is not now chargeable on per person per night over 12yrs. Everyone pays apart from babies. So where on my listing can I apply this charge upfront so it is not included as taxable income? My annual charge for tax de sejour will be €150.00ish regardless of whom stays so do I just bite the bullet and pay myself of try to collect some from guest. Merci
