Taxes for 2016 on an Airbnb I have cancelled for 2017

Hi. I previously managed an account for a friend who does not use email or cell phones. I need to print her tax paperwork for her from 2016. However, as I have closed her account (she chose to not host in 2017), when I click on the email link Airbnb provided for me regarding her tax statement, it shows me my own statement from 2016 (as I managed another listing from my own home). Please advise how I can access my friend's tax statement for her former listing, "A Vista Ridge Chalet."
