Taxes in Frisco, Colorado

Anyone have any tips on how to get square with the Frisco government as far as Air BnB/sales taxes is concerned? I have a business license application from Frisco, and it says you need a sales tax number, but applying for the sales tax number seems way too complicated for just renting out our condo when we are not there, it has all this stuff on it about unemployment insurance premiums and other employee-related stuff which we don't need, we are doing everything ourselves. Any other Frisco hosts care to help out a newbie? I'd happily buy you coffee if anyone wanted to take me through it in person.
