Technical Difficulties

Hi - I'm trying to change my account settings. Do to that I need to reset my password, but I've forgotten it. When I click the link that will allow me to reset my password, AirB&B comes up with an error message saying "Opps, something went wrong" and I can't reset. This has happened everytime for the last 2 weeks or so that I've been trying to get into my account settings. Not sure what I'm doing wrong and I can't find any contact details for AirB&B to check.

some generic things you may do:

1. deconnect completely from the internet and shut down your browser before reconnecting and trying again
2. Empty your cache history before opening the reset window
3. use another internet browser to connect to the reset window

If any of these work, then you definetly need help from airbnb help desk. Maybe write them an e-mail or contact them via twitter.
