Technological problems

Even though my mobile number is connected to the website, I am not receiving messages on my phone when someone makes and inquiry.  I used to but it's not happening anymore.  Can someone help please.

They changed their notification settings and a ton of people started having this problem. Your best bet is to go into settings and review your settings. You probably have SMS notifications OFF now, unfortunately. Flip it to ON.
