Tenant previously sublet without permission. Need proof of listing

Hello, Recently I learned a tenant was listing a flat to rent here without permission. He since then delisted the place. Is it possible to see the past listing, in case it will be required as evidence in court? Can I ask Airbnb for help with details of that listing and how long was it listed for etc.

Any advice will be much appreciated!

@Anat12 You should have made screenshots. I doubt it is Airbnb's wish to be invlolved in any legal battle like that.
