Terminated account error

Does anyone have advice (or experience of) AirBnB ever re-assessing a ‘termination of account’ issue?  A mistakes been made - my mother hasn’t even pushed her listing live (a property she owns and has offered to provide with any docs that AirBnb require) but she’s been terminated due to AirBnB stating the draft listing ‘may’ be fraudulent.  It’s her property - so it can’t be fraudulent, unless someone else is already marketing it with AirBnb, in which case they’re the fraud account that AirBnb may be inadvertently protecting. 

 

But despite AirBnb Tier1 support being sympathetic and sensible - Tier2 (Security team) refuse to engage or explain with them or my Mom. Any ideas?
