Text message booking but no resevations on my profile!

I have a booking for a guest which I recieved through text but theres no account of him in my enquiries and reservation in box nor can I block dates or currently log into my account he is coming in a week and I need to cancel!
You need to resolve the issue as to why you cannot log onto your account and actually see the reservation before you try to cancel anything. The "text" is not actually a reservation - it is a notification that there is a message in your inbox. Once you are able to log onto your account, you should be able to see this and your calendar to understand what's happening with this potential reservation.
