The Big Problem, The Guest canceled after Stay and Airbnb Impute the blame for us. Blocked us

Hi. EVERYBODY.

we are host and we have big problem from Airbnb and guest

We hope administration Trip Teams Airbnb would have to Charge fee reservation for 2 days and available 2 days soon,
why our calendar have still stay blocked after canceled reservation, we request charge fee reservation and open calendar for us now.
The guest talk with us that their account Airbnb was hacked and Book Reservation from Hong Kong? They never book reservation!

We have still security IT Airbnb! We need the feed back and explain from your teams Airbnb.

We have try contact with guest and Airbnb, but their account Airbnb was delete, Oops!Evidence guest request stay Homestay, and we see on website write 

"Canceled by you
To help avoid future cancellations, your calendar will stay blocked for the dates of the canceled reservation"

WE NOT CANCELLATION RESERVATION

AIRBNB WILL HAVE TO BE RESPONSIBILITY ABOUT BLOCKED THE DATES.

@VoHai0 first, I am sorry to hear that you are having issues. Secondly, this is a community forum filled with Airbnb members/users (hosts/guests) and not Airbnb employees or customer service, so yelling with sentences in caps will not really do anything.

 

I don't really understand what happened. You had a guest booked from Hong Kong and then there was a cancellation and you got penalized for it? Did you by any chance approve any cancellation request on your email from the guest? Having the calendar blocked is one of the penalties that host receives for canceling a reservation. If you DID NOT cancel any reservation, you can always try to reach out to Airbnb and explain it to them and ask for their assistance to remove the penalty.
