I've spoken with a lot of folk in the forums unhappy with the direction Airbnb has taken a lot of things in last few years. It's constantly going downhill, and it's pretty tiresome.
Two nights ago, a woman tried to book one of my rooms at 11:40pm. The app made no sound, I heard nothing for hours. Eventually I get a message from customer service that says if I don't respond within an hour, they are hitting me with cancellation stamp and fee(all this while app clearly not Effing Working). So when I see messages, I respond immediately, and send in pictures of app loading blank screens.
Not only does their garbage service team not respond to my message within an hour, THEY NEVER RESPOND AT ALL. I wanted to include the photo here, but apparently that's now broken too???? So I pay them $100 because their app still works like garbage?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
If you have been with Airbnb for years and seen all this craziness as well, please call in today and just complain your face off. I know talking to the Airbnb customer service team is pretty much like pulling teeth, but needs to be done, they are more horrid and heartless every day.
