I read very carefully the new and the old agreement signed obligatory from all hosts.
Can anybody explain me what is the difference between the old and the new one, as I have discovered only two new things.
1. The possibility for paying in installments
2. That we, as hosts are not allowed to have a guest from a country which is meant to be terrorist or towards which sanctions are applied. How can I know if a guest comes from such a country? Will AirBnB inform me for that?
@Lilly28 ,
At least one person read all the stuff... ;>)
nr2: Good question ! Airbnb should provide a list of such countries and offcourse can deactivate profiles of suspected members, to protect us in advance. That's why we are paying servicecosts !
@Emiel1 I read the whole thing also camparing the new to old for a few hours before I hit agree. I am suprised anyone outside of US got the not allowed to have a guest from a country which is are named to be terrorist or towards which sanctions are applied. I assumed that was meant for the US only to get, not everyone, because of the Supreme Court upholding Trump’s Travel Ban. I guess I assumed wrong if it was in @Lilly28's TOS also. Maybe it has something to do with AirBnB being an American owned company, I know AirBnB was not happy with it based on the email they sent me about the ban.
