There is a star and an archive icon?

Once a guest has paid and stayed two icons appear after their information.  A star and a archive icon.  If you click on the star it turns yellow.  What does this mean?

@Cynthia687 I believe it just flags the message so it is easier to find in your inbox. Similar to assigning colored flag/stars to messages in gmail.
