Thinking of providing services and charging a fee

Can I start a list of services like early check in, check out, luggage holds and charge extra for these services since they ultimately take more of my time? I would like to also create a mini bar with items they can buy. Any thoughts?  Oh and personal hygiene items they may have forgotten.
