Total rebuild of air bnb - cancel old listing and start again?

Hi all we have had a listing with air Bnb but now have completely rebuilt the premises. While renovation took place I made the  previous listing ‘inactive’.  Ready to rent new apartment .  Do we cancel the old listing and start afresh? Unsure of process or how we go about this. Thanks if you can help.

Well done on your rebuild.

Is it the inside and outside that's been rebuilt?

Or a reconfiguration of rooms?

If you have good reviews I'd definitely retain the same listing so those previous guests who may like to come back or recommend you as hosts know where to locate you as your actual location hasn't changed has it?

Alter your listing and make it clear that you have rebuilt the apartment from xyz date.

Perhaps, if you feel it may be beneficial include an old photo before renovations/ rebuild with an appropriate caption and of course new photos of how it is now with an emphasis with what has changed.
