Track n a trace UK

Do we have to ask for track and trace details in the UK for all guests in the UK? Is this done by paper copy? Any examples of what to include would be great.

You can download a QR code from the government Covid site and print it and put it up in your listing for guests to  scan or read up on information you need to collect manually fir each household staying I believe @Amanda1574
