Transations are almost two month behind?

We have not received a transaction from AirBNB since 3/14/20.  Our sytems has scores of cancelled reservations with payments still sitting on them, which is throwing off all of our accounting reports, owner payments, etc.  We are coming up on the two month point and are eager for AirBNB to integrate the cancelled reservations with $0 due, $0 paid, $0 balance or whatever so we can move forward with owner reports.  Is anyone else having this issue?
