Transfer Fees to Euro bank

I just received my first two payment transfers from Airbnb. However, although the full amount expected was payed out to me by Airbnb, it looks like the Intermediary Bank making the transfer of funds on behalf of Airbnb have deducted the equivalent to £10 for each booking payment (2 x£10=£20), in Euros (27e). I have already contacted Airbnb and also the Intermediary bank but they can't give me specific answers. Does anyone know which is the cheapest payment method as regards intermediary bank transfer payments, into another currency (Euros)?

In the meantime I will be trying alternate payment methods.
