When a close friend and I started our airbnb, we decided to put her as the main host, given she was the one responsible for check in's and out's. We didn't know, however, that there cannot be a change of property ownership from one person to another. Thus, since the house isn't hers, we're afraid of what might happen if she ever backs out of the partnership.
That said, she has agreed to change accounts and prevent further problems. Is it possible to change the documents and information on an account so another person takes over it?
We'd do the same process in ours so she becomes co-host and vice versa.
