Travel Agent Reserving Airbnb for Guest

Hello! 

So I am a new host on Airbnb and someone is gave a heads up that a travel agent will be making the reservation and to look out for it, has anyone else experienced this before?

Sorry I don't understand. Who gave you a heads up?

BNB doesn't accept third party bookings (unless from an approved business booking on behalf of employees).

If you accept a booking through a travel agent or other third party and you have a problem with a guest or they damage your property, then BNB won't be able to help you.

The guest gave me a heads up that a travel agent will be making a reservation! But thank you for telling me about my coverage with airbnb doesn't qualify if the guest is not making the reservation themselves! 🙂
