Travel credit applied PayPal

Please can someone explain to me what "Travel credit applied PayPal" means exactly? Does it mean I will be refunded via PayPal or should I expect to see travel credit on my account?

I have had my reservation unexpectedly cancelled by Airbnb and this is what it states on the refund details page.

Have you communicated with your host re the cancellation? There was a major system glitch last week whereby many hosts had their accounts shut down and all their reservations cancelled. So the first thing to do is to message the host to find out if you still have a reservation. Airbnb was supposed to be re-instating all the mistakenly cancelled bookings.
