Travel credits for referring a friend

The web say I can earn travel credits if I have invited a friend and my friend has completed a qualifying reservation as a guest. My friend has done so. He has talked to the host, made a reservation, paid and received his itinerary. But I still don't have the travel credits, it still say pending. I have already waited for a few days already and I need to make a reservaton soon, so I wonder what can I do?

@Suet-Chung0 I believe your friend's qualifying ($100 or more) reservation has to be completed before you will receive credit.  When are the dates of your friend's reservation?  If it still is in the future, you won't receive credit until their stay is complete.  Here's more information:

Yeah that was exactly my question. I have referred two folk who have booked and both are over £100. But the trips havent been completed yet. So hopefully I will get it then. Thanks Katie
