Tried to list a rooms but can not set the calendar at all

Dear community, we tried to list our hotel but couldn't make a calendar settings. We thought is will be like with booking.com but seems it has some tricks. Is there some manual how to do it?

The calender is displayed by choosing "calender" from the main menu. The general settings are in menu "availibility". For more help:
