Trouble booking

Hello!

ive a guest trying to book for 40 days but she is unable to? My settings were on 31 Days max but I’ve now changed that to 60 but she says it still won’t let her?!

can anyone help please?

Hi 

What I've noticed is that once the reservation has started then it remembers those settings.  

What you could do is take the booking.  They confirm and pay down their end and then alter the booking after to extend. 

What a great booking to get!! Well Jealous! Haha

You are a new host, be very wary of bookings longer than 28 days, it gives the guest tenants rights and automatically puts them on the long term policy.

It would be better to get the guest to book two 14 day stays.
