Hi Debbie! I went ahead and took a quick look at your listing, to get an idea of what a guest sees prior to requesting to book. Gorgeous place, by the way! The rules are very clear and to the point. I would suggest that you wait it out until tomorrow. I have had a few guests who completely stop communicating with me after their reservation has been confirmed, and they'll reach out to me shortly before arrival. It's a pain, but unfortunately, we don't have any way of knowing the reason for a break in the communication until they arrive. If he does arrive tomorrow, I would kindly let him know that you have been trying to contact him with no luck, but now that he's arrived, he must abide by your requirements before getting access to the house. It shouldn't be too difficult for him to electronically sign your rental agreement, and send the payment. I hope it all works out!! Sending positive vibes.
