Trust or LLC for Air BnB

Hello!  My wife and I, plus my in-laws want to start an AirBnB.  We’re unsure as to how to structure the ownership.  Should we do a Trust, or an LLC?

This is a question for your attorney and your accountant.   Do you already own the property, or are you in the process of looking for one to buy?   You need to get advice as to how the type of ownership would be affected by changes in the relationship (death, divorce, etc.) and how the income is distributed and to what extent is going to affect your taxes.
