My guest has run into a problem and needs to check out early (tomorrow) but she can't figure out how to do it. She tells me she keeps getting an error message. I've never actually been a guest and I can't find the steps anywhere. Can anyone point me to a step-by-step so I can coach her? To be clear, she has checked in and stayed 2 of her 10 nights. Needs to check out tomorrow.
I understand I should *not* say yes to an automated message from Airbnb. And I understand that Airbnb will calculate how much her refund is. I'm ok with that.
Help, anyone?
