Two Superhost $100 coupons. Can they be used with a single booking?

Because of COVID, last year's Superhost coupon expiry was extended to 31 Dec 2021 and we haven't used it yet.  We have just earned another coupon.

Just wondering if we can use the two coupons for a single booking?

When you are sent an email confirming the voucher it gives you a link to where the voucher is (under your payments in your profile) @Hudson5

@John_Mary1  The coupons have an expiry date. The first one you received is probably expired  if you now got another.

I was wondering the opposite. Can I use 1 coupon on 2 bookings? Meanning if I use 70$ on 1 booking, will I be able to use the remaining 30$ on the next one? or coupon is 1-time use?

No, the voucher can be applied to only one reservation.  If it is less than $100, the remainder will be lost and not issued on another voucher.
