Two properties listed with Airbnb and only one can have instant book and calendar

We have two listings with Airbnb, both at one location. My problem is that I must operate from one calendar and both listings can not share a calendar. Does this jive with your experience? Then consequence is that I must check and double check when someone wants to book our larger space and it can not be listed in automatic booking.

That's correct - they have separate calendars so you need to do a constant check, particularly if you are using IB on either property. Personally I would turn off IB as it increases the opportunity for double booking.
