US tax withholding on old account

This problem continue in 2021 for me, after setting account with their support in October 2020. Called 5 times talk to them in support team, got case open and received  email 5 times for no Tax information, which was wrong information from them. I follow up via email with questioning “ Why no deductions from previous transaction and after 1 year”,no results. I finally gave up and lost money.  It’s seems like Airbnb using Trojan horse tricks and then no direct communication. Only reply come from email and same answer. Its US withholding, even it works for 10 months as commercial account.
