Unable to do the payment!

Hi,

 

I have just payed for a reservation, but guess what: the amount has been taken from my account AND the reservation is not confirmed? How is this even possible??

 

I have issued a complain to the bank but the bank is even unable to check for the amount, because it has not been credited yet and the only ones who can hlp is the AirBnB by unblocking the amount in their system..

 

Did someone face the same issue? What did you do?

It's quite normal for businesses to 'hold' an amount (full or otherwise) on your credit/bank card, @Vasile-Ciprian0. If the reservation is ultimately refused, the hold will be cancelled.
