Unable to leave a review for my guest

I would like to leave a review for my guest, but there's no where to put it, not like usually airbnb would encounrage the host to leave a review, this time, I cannot find this facility anywhere, does anyone else has this problem?

We are unable to leave reviews for our guests either . We used to get an email reminder or notification but this has stopped recently. We contacted airbnb as we felt there was a glitch in the system for us and for our guests. They advised everything was working as normal , but to us it is clearly not the case. Anyone with the same issue , and if so how was it resolved ?
