Im having the same problem! I LOST A BOOKING because of this!! The host tried to delete and resend the preapproval, it just says sending over and over and over, and never receive it! Nothing in Spam. I contacted Airbnb, and they person contacts me back at 4am my time, so of course I dont respond immediately, then he proceeds to tell me he is going to be OFF for 2 days, wth they dont have more than ONE customer service rep?? Gives me a out of country number to call ....be real, why not a 800 number for help?! This is my first experience with Airbnb and its is lousy! The host was fantastic trying to be patient and help
