Unable to set cancellation policy and publish new listing

Hi,

I am unable to publish my listing. I get the following message "A valid cancellation policy is required for listing activation." 

I am unable to see any settings in Edit listing under Booking settings.

This is known problem which Airbnb probably need to resolve. It is mentioned frequently in this community without a solution like here:

Maybe log out and clear all cache and cookies, then try again.

Any update on the issue? Is there a workaround? I am having the same problem when trying to publish a new listing.
