Unexplained Fee For Special Offer Reservation

My future host sent me a special offer for a month's rental. I see the price he's offering but when I go to book it, airbnb raises the price by $60 without explanation, plus adds an additional service fee (which I expect). Both my host and I are at a loss about this additional fee, and I tried to call airbnb. Unfortunately, they had me on hold so long, the call disconnected and I can't call back as I've run out of minutes, and they never called back, as they promised.

Can someone please help or offer airbnb support email address to help me resolve this asap?

On top of the host rental Airbnb always calculates another percentage (varies from country or state) for use of their website service plus if applicable (according to city or state agreement) will also collect any regulated taxes - hotel/tourist for ex.
