Hello!
2 guests were informed of 2 things before they booked, even so they gave bad review over this. That feels bad for us & can those 2 reviews be changed or taken away?
Hopeful...

@George58 you are spotlighting an unfaireness in the system.
When this happens we just have to get up and carry on. Best wishes for the next review !
👍Thanx!:)
@George58 As the guests were accurate it is very unlikely that you will be able to get the reviews removed.
Perhaps you should consider updating your listing with more details of what people can expect rather than just suggesting they email you.
Probably yes, unfortunately.
True. But not right & fair to approve with the info before the booking (which was in the last minute) & then complain after & give bad reviews - its like bying a car knowing a lamp bulb is broken (for ex) and then complain about it afterwards and spreading bad reputation with false cause!
Thanx for reply:)
@George58 Extra fees and other conditions should be clearly laid out in your listing. Saying e-mail isn't a substitute. It also makes it easier for you to respond to negative reviews, because in your response you can point directly to where in your listing it was disclosed.
Also, guests can't amend their reviews once their posted, so you responding and asking them to do so isn't useful.
