Unfortunately, a server error prevented your request from being completed

hello

yesterday I tried to finish my reservation and received this message

"Oops, we're unable to complete this booking
Unfortunately, a server error prevented your request from being completed. Airbnb may be undergoing maintenance or your connection may have timed out. Please try again.
"

and the fee was charged 3 times in a row.

Also, I didn't receive the reservation so now I have to reserve the accommodation again, ergo pay the cost fourth time.

my biggest problem is that, can't find any contact or proper platform to ask help and solve my issue,

do you have any experience with this?

thanks,

Tamas

Contact Airbnb and have them take a look at your account and the charges taken from you.

Hello @Tamas9,

Welcome to the Community Center.

I was wondering if you were able to get in touch with Airbnb? Mike has shared a link that also includes Airbnb's phone number.

Please let me know how it goes.
