I booked a property that had good reviews but recently there are 4 reviews in a row that claim the place is terrible, describing many problems. The owner has said it was the renter complaining, etc. and that on two of the cases Airbnb got involved. Is there any way I can find out from Airbnb what the true case is? I will lose 50% of my $$ if I cancel based on these reviews, but I also don't want to show up and have the reviews be true and that the place is not good. Is there anyone to talk to at Airbnb to figure out the truth?
