Same here. Feels like being GHOSTED by AirBNB after 6 years of being a Super HOST.
I had to cancel 2 reservations. and I think they are punishing me and have flagged my account or something. Instead of telling me directly. they are just sending me error codes when I try to book a new reservation for a month long stay.
These were the reasons for my 2 cancellations: 1) the host started texting me nonstop on my phone number as soon as I reserved her place talking about the 8-pages of legal documents she wanted me to sign in order to stay with her, including huge clauses about how if anything in the building goes wrong I would have to leave. This was for mold, or infestations, fumigations, work on the building. It was so totally not normal. So I contacted Airbnb to cancel the stay. Before I arrived. and within 24 hours of booking. 2) Second cancellation was because the host said OOPS those dates are not available... and asked me to contact Airbnb to cancel. again, within 24 hours of booking, and far in advance of my arrival. BOTH times both the hosts were in agreement and also said it was ok to cancel.
And now i can't book anywhere to stay. And airbnb wont even reply to the messages.
This is the message I get. "Update your trip details to get accurate pricing and more." and then it make the calendar dates different every single time I try to book.
