Updating House rules

I am trying to contact airbnb to update my house rules. Every time I tried to change it comes back the old rules. Do you know how to contact airbnb? Thanks !

Hi,

I've just added a new listing, when I go to the booking section and try to enter my house rules into the text box, it won't accept them.  A green 'saving' icon appears but then my house rules disappear?  Am I doing something wrong?

Any help would be appreciated.

Crying about your problem in here does nothing.  We can't fix your problem.  Call AirBnB, or take your problem to their FaceBook page and make it public!

I hope I didn't come across as'crying' merely asking for suggestions as this is where I was directed when I went to the Airbnb help page. If anybody has any suggestions regarding my query, they'd be much appreciated.

I gave you a suggestion.  Whatever you are doing in this forum, it does nothing to get the problem fixed.  This is a forum of HOSTS, not AirBnB staff.  We can't fix your problem.
