Upgrading to a class 3 STR License in Breckenridge, Colorado

Hello, 

I currently have a class 2 license, which limits me to 135 rental nights/year.  I'm considering going to the class 3 license which gives me unlimited nights to rent.  Has anyone gone through this process?  There is a TON more work to do to obtain this license, just wanted to hear if other owners have gone through a similar process.  Any tips/feedback are much appreciated.
