Uploading and changing order of pictures

I am unable to put a new picture that I uploaded, as the first picture seen.  This has never been a problem in the past.  Why am I having this problem?

I found adding and rearranging pictures to be very frustrating, @Debra104 .  The system is flawed at best.  All I can say is that I just kept SLOWLY moving my preferred picture closer to the front to be selected as the main picture.  Eventually it work. 😛
