Hello,
I had to cancel my trip because of "unavoidable circumstances". I received the partial refund, but would like to request a full refund. Unfortunately I am not able to do it through the "resolution center". If I select the canceled trip, then press "request money" it just says "You don’t have any eligible reservations to request money from right now.". In the help section Airbnb always redirects me to this "resolution center" which is not working, or tells to "contact Airbnb", but I haven't found any email address of phone number to contact them. I really need to receive a full refund. Please provide help ASAP!
I am highly unsatisfied and I find the "resolution center" and help docs very confusing.
I have a host performance related issue which I want resolved by Airbnb but have been left with leaving feed back in the hope of a responce. Doesn't seem to be any easy way to converse with an individual
There should be contact details on your booking confirmation. The resolution center is for requesting funds from hosts and funds are not realeased to hosts until after check-in. You would need to contact airbnb with proof of your extenuating circumstances.
"There should be contact details on your booking confirmation. "
I do not need to contact the Host. I have already contacted them and all is sorted. I would like to receive full refund from Airbnb.
"You would need to contact airbnb with proof of your extenuating circumstances."
That is exactly what I would like to do. And I do not know how to do it.
I would call them.
Do you have their phone number?
As mentioned to you earlier in this thread, Airbnb's phone number should be on your booking confirmation.
If not all the contact numbers are at the top of the forum you are posting in.
