Using Airbnb Credit and contacting airbnb

Hello,

I wonder if anyone can help me? I want to apply a credit I got from airbnb for being a superhost so I can use it for a trip I'm taking. When I booked there trip, there was nowhere to enter a voucher.

I've been looking for about 20 minutes how to contact airbnb and find nothing. In the past there was an email box where you could ask questions but it's nowhere to be seen.

I don't use facebook or twitter so I can't contact them through that as I see many people suggesting.

Any help much appreciated.

The voucher is automatically deducted at the point of payment...

 No idea why Airbnb give out codes and then automatically deduct it but there you are 🙂
