Using an airbnb coupon

Hello,
I am an airbnb host who has booked another airbnb as a guest.

I have a $US 150 coupon from airbnb, which is why I have made this particular booking.

The booking payment, however, has proceeded without me having the opportunity to add my coupon code and the full amount has been charged to my credit card.

 Please advise how I can add my coupon to this booking.

@Bernadette7 You should contact Airbnb to see if they can apply the coupon for you.

Thank you very much Clare, I really appreciate your help with contacting airbnb.  We are super hosts of over 2 years.  On the have few occasions I needed help over the years with questions that not covered in the general help guide,  I have had so much trouble finding out how to actually contact airbnb staff.
