Verification Photo Problems

HELP! 

I've been taking almost 7 pictures of myself and still haven't been allowed to continue my booking.

When I am asked to review my selfie after the picture as well, I see a near pitch black photo inside th circle frame.

They say my two picture dont maych...My drivers license was taken 5 years ago.. Now what? And like always there's nobody to talk to or call.
